Pietro is the founder and design principal

at ALCOVA architecture. His focus on good design and sustainability

builds on his Italian education, urban design experience, as well as a

Northwest approach to sensitivity to the

environment. Pietro graduated from Milan Politecnico with a Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Planning

RICHARD TUNG

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER


Richard graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of  Science in Architecture and a Master in Architecture. As an architectural designer at ALCOVA architecture, Richard brings infectious dedication and sharp new tools to our design process. Outside of ALCOVA, Richard's experience in property management and IT technical support broadens his approach and imagination.

YOUNYOUNG CHOI

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER


Younyoung graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. Younyoung fast-learning, detail-oriented approach brings much needed production capacity to our team. Outside of ALCOVA, Younyoung loves to have diverse experience finding her own life. Younyoung is passionate about painting, riding skateboard and making chocolate.

KIKKA STAFFIERE

INTERIOR DESIGNER


Kikka graduated from Bellevue College

with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design,

and from University of Bologna with a

degree in Communication. Kikka’s

approach, more rooted in textures and

finishes, complements and infuses

our designs with an enriching flare.

Outside of ALCOVA, Kikka works directly

with clients in furnishing their homes.

Our focus on the process helps clients participate and contribute to the design choices, and provides a “smooth ride” through the permitting procedures by coordinating all the professional expertise involved in the project.
Our strength is to offer complete design services, including feasibility studies, master planning, site design, landscape design, architectural services, interior and lighting design.
